FAQs

What should I pack?

In addition to your attire for the main scheduled events, pack comfortable, breathable clothes for the beach. It will be very warm (high of 85, low of 67) and somewhat humid. Towels and other basic amenities will be provided, but bring sunscreen!

What if I want to arrive early or stay late?

Your special room rate is available to you 3 days prior and post our event. Be sure to let MUSA know your desired check in and check out dates when you confirm your stay via resy@findmusa.mx.

What if I want to visit CDMX before or after the event?

February is one of the very best times of year to visit Mexico City! Zona Maco, Latin America's largest art & design festival, will take place Feb 5-9. Be sure to let us know if you plan to visit so we can share our favorites and plan to meet up!

How should I plan for meals aside from the official schedule?

MUSA's restaurant, Alba, is open daily from 7am to 11pm and offers a fresh, seasonal menu and snacks. We will also have complimentary snacks and drinks available at Casa Tsili if you wish to stop by and bring some back to your room to enjoy throughout your stay.

How do I confirm my stay?

You should have received an email with proposed accommodations based on the preferences you shared with your RSVP. To confirm, you will need to contact resy@findmusa.mx with your desired check in and check out dates, dietary preferences, and flight details and complete payment by secure link no later than 15 days prior to the event. If you have any questions or concerns about your accommodations, contact Ben or Marie directly.
